Preschool

Faith was so excited on her first day of preschool. We had been on a waiting list and did not know if she would get to go this year or not, and I was actually hoping that they would not have room for her! I was less than eager to send her off to school from 8 to 3, but she's been asking to go to school since she was 3, and the opportunity arose, so I thought we would give it a try. As of this year, the Conway school system has moved the 5th graders out of the elementary schools and into a new intermediate 5th & 6th grade building, making room for some preschool classes. She is loving it! Jesse and I are still adjusting to spending our days without her and we miss her, but we do get to have more one on one time.

Lake afternoon

I'm behind on my posts by a month or so, but thought I would try to catch up before the new baby comes.

This was a great Sunday afternoon at the lake in late August. We came home from meeting with plans to work in the yard, but as the temp got up to 100+ degrees, we packed some hot dogs and drinks, put on our swimsuits and headed for the lake instead.
